"I've been a loyal customer with fabulous owner, Josh Roberts, and wonderful company, Air Doc's since he first started. In the beginng, he personally came for 6 month service on my old unit. Also, when repairs were needed, he replaced parts. One time when it was @ 90* weather, the part wasn't available & he said he would make sure I would be coool. He drove to PSL from Vero & back in rush hour. He stayed til it was installed and the air working til @ 7 p.m. He didn't charge extra, missed dinner. and made sure it was coool. That's why I call his team the coool guys. When I needed a new unit, he explained all the things I might need and spent time explaining reasons & costs. I even upgraded to a larger unit, had larger pipes installed, UV light, service contract, etc. Josh was right @ everything and my FPL bill is almost half now, as well as saving $$ on any future servies & repairs. "Had service star Air & heating replace a 5 ton and 2.5 ton and two air handlers that had gone bad. Louis Ratti told me it would take his crew about 8 hours to completed the job from 9:am to 5pm. The crew got there on time and started to work right away. They were professional, courteous and proficient. There was no guessing to what they had to. They were good I say better than good. By 2:30pm they had both systems up and running and the work area clean and spotless. Not only that, I asked if they would connect my phone to both thermostat and with out hesitation they did it. We had called Frank Gay the day before and they wanted to replace the coils and made it seem like there was NO way we could just clean it and fix the problem. They wanted $2800 to fix it. So i called Advanced and they came out and fixed the issue without a super costly replacement. Also when there was another unseen issue that came up after he left, the technician (Ted) came back and fixed it for free.
