the techs were on time - explained what they planned to do / and completed work in a timely manner - final cost matched their quote -

could have done a better job of cleaning up / but was OK.
They left one of the ceiling vents hanging down - I called them to report it - they said they would send someone to fix it - but, did not.  I ended up fixing it so it would not fall out of duct - took time and effort, plus, couple brackets to hold it in.  They probably could have done a better job.
