AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

Very impressed because I have actually had a bad experience with another company in the past, who send a guy that spoke no english in an unmarked vehcile, and the tech that Bob's sent blew this other guy out of the park. I had about 12 doors I wanted the hardware swapped on and he was very quick. I bought my own hardware off amazon and he knew exactly how to install it right. The price was very reasonable as well, and they did not charge me a penny more than they quoted! Also a one up from the last time I used a locksmith, who I have now come to learn was probably a scammer. Anyway Bob's is fantastic, I cannot sing them enough praises!
