PS...Radiant barrier is awesome cure for our extremely hot attic that is home to our HVAC unit. Great on line videos show how barriers drastically reduce attic temps before it can get to your insulation. Reduced our attic temps. 35-40+ degrees."

"I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

"Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam. 
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."

"Outstanding! Mario and his workers did a fantastic job! They removed all insulation. They sanded off all wood and treated with a solution to kill any residual mold. They placed new insulation. They encapsulated the whole crawl space and placed a dehumidifier. I felt very confident that the job was "done right". The whole organization very professional."

"I emailed Blake through the email on their website after considering a few other contractors. I was contacted promptly and he set up an appointment around my work schedule. He was on time for the appointment, and brought an associate. I had previously explained that I had a 1950's ranch with lower ceilings as was customary for that decade. I wondered if there would be a way to vault the ceiling or make any kind of elevated ceiling in my family room by extending it up into my attic space. They looked at my exterior roof, attic and family room and what existing support there was for my current roof. We discussed a few options and they explained the complexities given my current roof configuration and support. They did a more thorough assessment than the other contractor I had contacted previously and gave me an honest answer as to the costs. I ultimately decided not to purse the project. However, if I wanted to move forward they would have been my first choice. I felt confident in their knowledge level and really appreciated their honesty. They are clearly skilled professionals and I would recommend them to any of my friends or family members.

"Enrique did a terrific job—he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to clean air ducts that likely had never been cleaned in our 40-year-old house. I was told it would be a 3 hour job, but Enrique was there for 6 hours working so hard. He showed me before and after photos and videos so that I could see what was done and share with my husband. The dehumidifiers Greg put in do not run continuously, they will cycle off once the humidity desired point is reached. My hardwood flooring will not buckle in the future due to excessive humidity. My vents are now permanently sealed so rodents can't come into the house in the winter. I have peace of mind knowing my home is more protected with an encapsulation. It is a no brainer product in that it is a good investment all around. I would highly recommend Greg and his team at the Crawl Space Doctor. He has been doing encapsulations for years and is an expert in the field. His team does the work, but he personally oversees the project.
