"I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

Karen was very friendly and able set up my install appointment around my busy schedule. I interviewed and compared five companies before ultimately choosing Integrity Heating & Cooling of Charlotte. The entire process was extremely smooth and professional. Drew and his crew arrived promptly at 8:00 am and laid drop cloths down from the front door, up the stairs, and to the attic door. Large pieces of metal equipment were removed and installed without a ding or scrape to my walls. The crew seemed to enjoy their work and no one complained about my constantly barking dog. By 2:00 pm the job was completed. After brief instructions on how to operate the new thermostat the crew left. The system was running and I couldn't tell they had ever been there. The county inspector said it looked like another great Integrity job and gave his stamp of approval."

"Contacting this organization is a bit nebulous. Their phone system isn't rocket surgery, but it takes some getting used to. Mike (whom I am guessing is the residential project engineer) is a very busy man, but very friendly. Once you're finally able to get his ear, he seems to follow through quite nicely. Sonya (Sonja...forgive me. I don't know how she spells it) was very helpful also. The work itself was very painless, almost non-descript except for the results. Eduardo and Ricky were friendly, hard working, and very respectful, real likable guys. Overall, considering I know virtually nothing about insulation, I'd say they hit a four-bagger on this one. "Eager Beavers did the following: Demolished old deck and built new one. Pressure painted house. Replaced crawlspace door. Painted all wood trim. Removed old sliding glass door to replace with new French door. Discovered rotted joists under old door, so took extra time to replace with new wood. Installed new French door and painted it. The crew was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They were at my house several days and always showed up on time. They made sure everything was up to code and that I was satisfied before they left. I will definitely use them again in the future."
