I opted for the model with the 10 yr warranty rather than the 6. They were efficient, thorough and personable. Went above & beyond, re-routing a water line and repairing a janky exhaust vent that they thought the city inspector might not like. They even shop vaced the cobwebs from the space before installing the new tank, bless ‘em. Chris explained maintenance requirements, how to read the control panel & use emergency shut offs. Seatown takes care of city permits (my city requires one) which I appreciated. Work was begun around 11 & I had hot water by 3:30. Payment was due upon completion and I got a senior discount. Price was competitive with other companies’. They hauled away the old tank and all packing materials and left a very clean worksite. All in all, a good product, well delivered."
