"Exactly as the same as the first time I air sealed my attic in my previous house. Last year when we decided to sell our house I was inspecting my house as I would have if I was purchasing it. I noticed a small (1/4") gap between the master bathroom vent fan grill and the ceiling. I could not adjust it. Upon further inspection I realize it was because the foam that was installed when my attic was air sealed had expanded creating the 1/4" gap. I had that work done two years prior by Houle Insulation. I contacted Arne and inquired if he had any suggestions. His only suggestion was that he would correct the problem. Two days later he had two workers in my attic correcting the issue. Just like the first time, they were prompt and cleaned up after the work. I offered to pay, he would not have it. He said he should have noticed when the job was originally completed two years prior. There was no discussion or haggling, he simply said he would correct it. As impressed as I was with the lower energy bill, I was more impressed with how he and his team comported themselves. Also my house was more comfortable because the temperature was more uniform within my house. This year when we moved into our new house, built in 1992, the first thing I did was call Arne to air seal the attic. My choice of whom to hire for air sealing my attic was a no brainer, Houle Insulation. They also performed a blower door test. They also sent in all the information required for me to receive an energy rebate from my utility company. The best recommendation I can make is that when I decided to air seal our new home the first person I called was Arne. He made a wise decision to correct what needed with correcting without any questions. He did what should have been done, and therefore he got my repeat business and I was happy to give my business to him!"

"Fantastic! Trevor worked personally with us from the initial estimate all the way through completion of construction. He ran every number, gave us lots of different ideas, was patient, and had no problem using the design we brought to him. He asked lots of questions and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We knew he would be busy throughout the summer, but he kept us up-to-date with the timeline and met the scheduled start date. When he did start, he was right there with his two guys, 100% hands-on the whole way through. They were extremely professional, and worked hard, bell to bell, from start to finish. We didn't necessarily know what to expect, but they finished in less than 5 days! After they were done, Trevor made sure we got all the relevant inspection and permit paper work, and our yard looked like they hadn't even been there. Except of course for the deck, which is absolutely spectacular! We've been on it every night since they finished and we love it. We couldn't be happier with Trevor, and we will be calling him again when we're ready to finish the basement. Finally, we'll note that we did our research, received several bids prior to making our initial decision, and Trevor came in the lowest by quite a bit. Tom, the Handyman, called ahead of time to inform me when he and another man would arrive.  They arrived on time and quickly went to work after checking the list and informing us as to what the jobs would entail.  They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable plus they were extremely neat and very careful as they moved through our home.  They cleaned up after themselves.
Before leaving they, with us, rechecked each job to make sure the work was complete and acceptable.\

"Damian and his crew did an amazing job on my basement. I had at least two other contractors flake out on me and I was thinking no one would want to tackle my basement. I had multiple floods in my basement and needed a lot of sheetrock repair. I also needed a stud wall, sheetrock and electrical run for a wall I had to tear down (sump pump and drain tile installed by someone else). They handled the job no problem. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time and I never felt like they were "in the way." The workers were always polite and they left a clean work space. If I ever need more work done I would not hesitate to call them again. I feel like I have my basement back."
