"Eagle Insulation Co. arrived on date promised and was done in 2 days.  I found them reliable, responsible, and fair.  I had called to other insulation co. for estimates.  While these companies said they would come to my property and give me an estimate they never called back.  I emailed Eagle Insulation and received a call back in a timely manner.  Someone came out to inspect the property when they said they would and emailed me an estimate.  I sent back the signed forms and scheduled a date for the job to be done.  They came on that date, performed the task, ask questions when needed, and left my property in the same shape as they found it.  I will definitely use they again when needed.

"Top Guys did an excellent job. They arrived on time and were professional. They addressed all my concerns and questions. My home felt much much cooler within an hour after they left. I look forward to lower utilities bill. Than you Top Guys Insulation."

"There was a slight difference between the original agent and the work crew regarding where the holes would be drilled into the siding surrounding the Bay Window Out Crop.  However the Forman of the work crew explained why the difference of procedure existed and we were satisfied with his explanation.  They cleaned up any debris they left and took great care to not disturb any of the flowers my wife had planted in the area surrounding the Bay Window.   I might note that before they came out, we put a thermometer in the cupboards adjacent to the North wall and recorded the temperatures at different intervals of the day.  After the Insulation had been installed we repeated the recording of temperatures and we had a noticeable difference in the indoor temperature. It was much more pleasant to eat in the dinning area during the winter evenings and not have to wear a sweater or light jacket to keep warm while partaking of the evening meal."

"Matt was extremely responsive and consultative during the sales process, far more so than some of their similarly well reviewed competitors. It took several consultations to get just the right door and windows selected, during which Matt was very helpful and patient. The installation was a little later than initially expected, though I said I wasn't in a hurry. The installation started and finished on time. The crew was professional and respectful. I was impressed with the quality of the installation. I would absolutely use the home improvement company again."

"We would highly recommend Waters Custom Exteriors for roofing, siding, and guttering as they are top notch Professionals!!! From the initial phone call to get an estimate on a new roof, Travis was very helpful. After arriving at our house to look at the roof and give us a replacement estimate Travis said we should contact our insurance company and have an adjuster come to the property to see the shingles, siding, and guttering that had been damaged from a previous hail storm. We scheduled with the adjuster and Travis came out on the arranged day and went on the roof with the adjuster and pointed out the damage that he had seen. Waters Custom Exteriors is definitely the company everyone needs when working with an insurance company. They knew exactly what was needed to move the claim forward and from that point forward until completion of the job Waters Custom Exteriors handled everything with the insurance company. The crew that Waters had performing the work on the roof was eager to get started and arrived early on the scheduled day with a dump trailer to haul away the debris from the tear-off and they quickly got underway. All of the materials needed to complete the roof were being delivered mid-morning as the final removal of the old shingles was wrapping up. There were a few underlayment boards that were bad that got replaced before they started putting down the new roof. By later in the evening, the shingles had been all put down and the new roof looked amazing. The new shingles were the architectural type and a welcomed upgrade to the standard three tab shingle that was previously on the house. When finished, the crew walked the property and picked up any debris from the project and rolled a magnet through the yard numerous times to insure all nails on the ground were picked up and when the job was completed, it was almost as if they had never been there. After the roof job, the siding went just as smoothly with a different crew sent out by Waters Custom Exteriors. Just as before, they showed up early on the scheduled day and got straight to work. The tear-off went quickly and any repairs to the underlying structure were completed before beginning the residing. All necessary materials needed to finish the job were delivered the night before and neatly stacked out of the way in the drive. The siding job obviously took longer than the roof, and each day the crew was on-site they were busy and polite, although there was little interaction with them as they were dedicated to staying on task. They were very meticulous and took pride in the work they were performing and it shows in the finished product. Each day the old siding and debris removed from the house was loaded onto a truck and hauled away leaving nothing unsightly in the yard. Once all of the siding was complete and the site cleaned up, there was a period of time before the fascia and guttering could be installed. This was at no fault of Waters. The color we had chosen was out of stock and would not be available for a couple of weeks. Waters gave us the option to pick another color or wait it out. We waited. When the material arrived at the house, it was again neatly stacked out of the way in the drive and Waters Custom Exteriors came out and installed it promptly. The house looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Waters saved us a huge amount of money by being there for us and working with the insurance to cover the damage from the hail storm. We would not hesitate to use Waters Custom Exteriors for any future projects at our house and would highly recommend that you use them as well."

"Excellent service, excellent work! David and his crew started earlier than expected and the finished product is superb. David assisted in filing a claim with CertainTeed over our failed siding installed by the original builder. He met with us and understood the upgrades we were interested. He gave us an on-the-spot estimate and held to it....even though he wound up doing a little extra work. A true pleasure to work with. Would recommend without hesitation."

"Jim Spears and his crew demonstrated why they have previously scored so highly on Angie's list. Over the five visits, the crew was always timely and have transformed what was a tired looking living room and dining room into like new wall surfaces. In the 12x24 living room, they removed the old canvas like wall covering, skimmed all the walls and replaced the plaster in a textured ceiling and two wall areas that had completely broken away. The dining room was the real test where ultra thick textured plaster was on all walls. The walls were floated to a smooth finish and sanded. The finished product looks great and Jim and his team were committed to addressing any detailing that needed performed following priming of the walls. If you have an older home, this repair process sure beats replacing all the plaster and lathe but be warned, it's a dusty process so make sure you seal off all areas thoroughly and be prepared to dust for days. Thanks Angie's List and thanks Jim Spears Plastering!"

"I was impressed with this company from start to finish and felt that they were a quality company who had a good product and were dedicated to customer satisfaction.  All measurements taken were right on, and the windows were installed perfectly.  At our initial meeting they clearly identified the product, the process that would follow, and the timeline.  Everything turned out just as expected.  During the installation, everything went very well and they were careful with both the inside and outside of my home, cleaning up and removing all debris.  It has been seventeen months since my windows were installed so I have had time to see how they have performed, and I am still totally satisfied.  So much so, that I am in the process of having this company install a new steel entry door for me."

"Experience was great. They did all the insulation in 3 years. Had a crew for the foam and another for the attic. Jesse (the owner) was there the whole time. The owner, Jesse, vacuumed all the places where the workers walked. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this company."
