"Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "The entire process was flawless. In the proposal stage, I was given 4 options detailing prices and differences in each option in great detail. There was also an explanation of why I needed a chimney liner. We signed the contract and work was started almost immediately. I was contacted via text and email with a description of all the techs being dispatched including photos and background information. The techs arrived as stated. My furnace was over 50 years old and in poor shape. The job site was prepared and all the old components were removed leaving the site as clean or cleaner than when they started. The tech fully tested the heat and air conditioning systems and showed me how to use and set up the programmable thermostat. Great job all around."

Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. "I had their technician (Julian) hook up & tested my pool pump, also fix a clogged toilet. Julian was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done through the entire job. Couldn’t be more happier with their service, I do find their price is on the high side, however I would definitely recommend & hire them again as not all plumbers or even pool company would come & hook up existing pump"

Perry Mandarakas is one of their engineers/sales people. He measured everything about my old system and then explained in detail how he was designing the new system why he did it that way. He went over what would stay, what would be replaced and why. It all made sense. And in designing my system, he made a couple of tweaks to the design which got me a higher efficiency rating and qualified me not only for a rebate from the electric company, but a $600 credit on my taxes next spring! Installation was fast and perfect. Very responsive customer service and quality technicians. I highly recommend them."
