Called Russel’s and scheduled appt in a few days but asked if someone canceled and they could fit us in sooner , we’d appreciate it. They ended up sending somebody out that night. Didn’t take long to figure out the issue. And the technician was very nice and helpful. Even sent quotes very next day for some additional work that we’re considering."

System was installed in one day. Ryan came out the next day to check everything. We concluded our business and we have wonderful heat. I cannot sing their praises enough.
