Polite, friendly, explained everything very well. Standard service charge call plus tax for two hour visit, included standard annual maintenance at no charge. Less expensive than anticipated."

The estimator came just a few days before the big freeze in January, and they were able to schedule installation within two days. Once the installers were on site, there was some confusion re where various components would go, but a phone call to the company cleared that up within an hour. From then on the heat pump installation went smoothly and professionally, the electricians did a quick and effective job of hooking it up to the service, and the site was left clean. I did not understand at first how to operate the thermostat, given that the Mitsubishi owners manual was of limited help, and per my request a rep from the company came out a few days later to give me a tutorial about what the range of settings can do.
