"Lukas is a professional and does the job right, not one of those people who just throws paint on and goes. He prepped the surface using the correct materials, sanding and primer. Majority of painters wonâ t do that because itâ s time consuming and laborious. I know the painting job Lukas did will last for a around 10 years far longer my neighbors."

"Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."
