"Contacted me immediately and made appointment for the next day. Was here at the appointed time. Diagnosed the problem and made repairs quickly. I felt the charges were fair and would certainly contact them again if I ever have HVAC issues."

"We have used Airco for annual maintenance on our home HVAC.  Our upstairs unit has had a coolant leak for a while.  Other servicers wanted to just top up the coolant, which has been getting more expensive with the rising cost of coolant and government regulations.  Airco checked for the source of the leak and determined that it was in the evaporator coil.  Government regulations do not allow replacement of just the coil since it uses R-22 coolant.  Airco sent someone to check our cooling needs, measured the area to be cooled and advised on the size of unit needed.  I asked about getting a larger unit with more heating and cooling capability but they said that it would be a waste of money (although it would have been more money for them).  They also advised on the different units available and credits available for installing a more efficient unit then what we had.  We selected a unit and within a week it was installed and operating.  It working great, and we're even letting it carry some of the load for our older unit which covers the downstairs zone in our home."

"The install was flawless. Secured the ducts very professionally and out of the way allowing other contractors to finish the addition with no issues. Air flows out of all 3 vents perfectly. Passed inspections with ease. Highly recommend these guys!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Kenneth Green did the work. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He did not do things I didn't need - I'd bring up something and he'd say it looked good to him - "don't worry about it". I recommend them to anyone. When replacing our units, I will look to them first."

"Bryan at Palmer Heat and Air knows his stuff!! He’s been our Heat & Air guy for years because he can troubleshoot the issues, repair the system if that’s an option or replace it with a more efficient system if it can’t be replaced. He replaced our 20+ year old system with a new system while cleaning and ensuring our 2nd unit was also running the best it could! He’s been doing HVAC for over 20 years and knows what he’s doing!"
