"My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

I received a text message detailing my appt, they even sent over their contact details for me to add to my phone for future. "Jaleel Porter from Bell Brother's Heating and Air, Inc. came to the house to install and trouble shoot the installation of two Ecobee Thermostats. We prepaid Best Buy's Geek Squad to installed them but their electrician was not able to install them properly. The job was abandoned by Geek Squad leaving some HVAC wiring mixed up and at least one wire was not connected properly. Jaleel Porter was courteous and has represented his company extremely well. He came wearing protective mask and shoe coverage. He was knowledgeable about the product that he installed. He was also informative about any general and specific HVAC questions and maintenance issues. Moreover, he was also punctual and cordial in communicating how the service works. He was also patient and helpful in teaching us the settings and operations of the system using our apps. He did not leave the premises until everything was functioning properly. Finally, There were no "surprises" and the price was reasonable and competitive."

We are in an older house, and the installation of mini-split units with a heat pump was the most efficient solution to our heating and cooling situation. John, Santiago, and Jose provided expert installation. They were extremely efficient, and also tireless. Santiago and Jose came and worked into the night on several occasions to make this project work on time. They also handled carpentry and repainting. In the end we have an efficient, highly effective new system. These gentlemen were extremely pleasant to work with and totally accommodating of our schedule. I would definitely recommend them again.
