The parts inside rusted as a result of this company a) installing the fresh air intake directly above the gas valve and inducer motor and b) not putting drains on the intakes to prevent moisture from entering the furnaces. Instead of admitting his improper installation, he simply put his head in the sand like an ostrich. No I do not recommend this company!"

I went on the website and priced them at $11.02 each in stock. What a mark up. I was charged $107 to drain 2- 30? lines which once the main valve is turned off all faucets are drained leaving a little amount of water. I changed my faucets a week ago, I know the procedure and amount of water left in them. $95 was for the call and diagnosis. I was shown the invoice on his cell phone but did not get the invoice until after 3pm via email. The work was completed by 11:30am. I would have paid the $95 and asked him to leave."
