"I am really glad I hired this company. I received estimates from three companies, and Specialty Heating and Cooling's bid was in the middle. But after researching all of the offers carefully, I decided on Specialty Heating and Cooling because of their reputation, their record of standing behind their work if a problem occurred after installation, the type of technicians they employ to do the work, and what was covered in the contract I signed. The initial meeting was with Randy, and he was an immediate positive representative for the company. He was patient in answering my 100 questions, and he was very honest about the repair/replacement I needed to do now, as opposed to what could wait. I was expecting to have to do more than I needed, and I'm grateful for Randy's honesty and expertise in helping me choose the right air conditioner for the space next to my house and for the comfort inside my home. The four technicians who actually did the installation - Jake & Adam - and the duct cleaning, etc., - Matt and Matt - were all very knowledgeable and professional, careful of my home, and quick to answer any questions I had. I really felt comfortable having them in my home. When it is time to put the furnace unit in, I want Specialty Heating and Cooling to do the work."

The installers were prompt, courteous and stayed until the work was completed (7:30pm). They even fixed and replaced duct work that was not part of the bid and did not charge me more for it. I will use this company for any heating/cooling/plumbing issues in the future. Too bad they don't work on patios and fences!"
