Oregon Heating juggled existing appointments in order to find time to install a new one so I wouldn't have to be without heat during the cold winter days. They cleaned the house air ducts at the same time. All was done quickly, courteously, and professionally. I've continued to Oregon Heating for yearly furnace checkups, and their technician, Dave, is a delight: polite, personable, and patiently thorough in answering all my questions. "Dave Whispell (Project Mgr) and Ivan (installer) did a great job for me. They installed a full house Heat Pump system, along with all ducting to my new addition building, new gas lines and a new premium whole house tankless water heater along with all the electrical and venting. Their knowledge and expertise and financing flexibility was 1st class! Their follow up customer care was Gold Standard. I was so pleased with their 1st & 2nd job, I gave them a 3rd job for a 12K Mini Split heat pump on my ADU. They use top brands products backed by 10 & 12 year warranties and very honest service. They were amazing to work with after so many headaches with other contractors on other jobs. All jobs passed on 1st inspections. Highly recommended!"

"My furnace motor failed and was quoted $ to get it temporary fixed. With the age of the home, I choose to update the furnace, thermostat, and heat pump. I was on business trip and was unable to attend to the needs of my family. Yet John, came to the rescue. He came by quoted me the prices. Rapidly sent me information on my options, and gave me an install timeline. I ordered new system through John, as time was of the essence to keep my family warm. He overnighted the the Heat pump and furnace, and showed up the next morning on time to install. By 2pm that day he had completed all the install and we had heat again, with a new updated system. I am not easily impressed by contractors, however John and his team at Absolute Temp Control went way above the call of duty. I can find no fault in anything they did, and would HIGHLY recommend their services. They are honest, quick, and prompt. They communicate extremely well, and even registered our products for us."

They also reviewed our heat pump and determined that it was way overized. So we wish we gone to Revival before we installed our new heat pump, and recommend others do the same."

The owner, the service techs, and the guys who do the installation were all nice people and easy to work with -- they were careful and thorough, and happy to answer all my questions and problem-solve with me about optimizing our HVAC system. We live in an older house, and they improved airflow to the upper level, added return vents, and advised me on realistic energy saving. They also ran a blower door test. They were so good that when our water heater started to fail, I had them do the replacement. The installers were prompt, courteous and stayed until the work was completed (7:30pm). They even fixed and replaced duct work that was not part of the bid and did not charge me more for it. I will use this company for any heating/cooling/plumbing issues in the future. Too bad they don't work on patios and fences!"
