He overnighted the the Heat pump and furnace, and showed up the next morning on time to install. By 2pm that day he had completed all the install and we had heat again, with a new updated system. The installers were prompt, courteous and stayed until the work was completed (7:30pm). They even fixed and replaced duct work that was not part of the bid and did not charge me more for it. I will use this company for any heating/cooling/plumbing issues in the future. Too bad they don't work on patios and fences!"
