They also have done some plumbing, fixed a sump pump issue, installed new PVC pipes for better flow and do annual general maintenance on my A/C and heater. They are punctual, friendly and clean. "I had to find emergency service for my furnace because it stopped working. I contacted several places trying to get help because it was extremely cold. Dad's was even booked up and Dan was doing his best to see if he could rearrange things on his schedule to come help me and my kids. Unfortunately, he was too booked and unable to come out that day. I continued trying to find assistance for at least sometime that week and was struggling to even receive a call back from anyone that day. The next morning I thought I would have to start the whole process over trying to find service but to my luck, Dan from Dad's called me to check and see if I was able to find anyone to help me out. I told him I still hadn't found anyone yet and was worried I was going to end up with frozen pipes if I didn't figure it out soon because it was so cold. Dan rearranged the schedule and had someone come out and to service our furnace that day. We found out what we were pretty sure we already knew, the whole system needed replaced because it was 20 years old. Dan got his crew right on top of things and helped us get a brand new system put in on the coldest day of the year. On top of that, he helped out by making it more affordable and doing it in phases so it was financially easier on us to get it all replaced and installed. We now have the whole system installed and I couldn't be happier with all the great customer service and quick installation of the system. He even called to check on the system after installation of the heater about 6 weeks later. When the company's name is Dad's you can only hope you are treated like family and Dan was very honest up front and fair about everything from beginning to end. He made sure my family was safe and comfortable just like a dad would do. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them."

"Dan came first thing this morning and found our air conditioner capacitor needed to be replaced. He informed me it was still under warranty and he needed to go get a replacement. He was back with a new capacitor very quickly and had it repaired in a matter of minutes. I was pleasantly surprised there was not even a service or labor charge. We have used this company for almost 10 years now, and their work has always been top-notch. Dan and Zac are the very best technicians with whom we've ever dealt. Besides their most excellent service, I have never dealt with any service related company who has higher standards. Their extreme honesty and work ethic are beyond compare. Every person with whom we've dealt or spoken in the company are friendly, courteous and professional. They are truly the best in the business!!!!"

"My first experience With Town and Country Pros was 2 years ago when the gas furnace was having issues firing up. It was -5 degrees outside and all companies were busy. They came out the same day even at 8pm. The contacts just had to be cleaned any only charged me the normal fee for the service call (no over price to try and rip me off). The previous company I hired for years (you can "trust" on T.V.) took advantage when a motor went out in the summer and it was 85 degrees in the house. And with my back up against the wall, I paid 2x what it should normally have cost (my Dad used to do AC installs in another state). I got 4-5 different quotes of brands and companies be mindful some might be cheaper, but look at the components, models and series of the equipment, they are not always apples to apples. Pricing- The prices are about the same as other companies even like ones you see advertisements on T.V. So even though they are smaller and not much marketing the prices are reasonable to other bigger companies. Reviews- In nearly all reviews I couldn't find anything negative about Town and Country Pros. And I looked through multiple sources, BBB, Angi, Google etc. With several other companies you would see red or yellow flags about concerns for one reason or another. NOT TOWN AND COUNTRY!!! Quality of work- The installers did great work, but we had 1 issue that had to be fixed 2x after the installation. We had a natural gas smell and they had to come out and tighten a pipe/nut, not sure if it was the same one but close to same area. While annoyed a little, they fixed it! It happens. Customer Service- After the install I had a few questions and maybe I should have reached out to customer service instead of the person who provided me the quote ( and answered system questions), as he was not always on the ball to get back to me without an additional call from my email. Ever since I called or emailed customer service they had been much better at answering my questions. Thermostat- We bought a variable speed system which requires a specific thermostat and I felt while the technician's were knowledgeable about basic functionality, they didn't seem to be fully aware how to "maximize" system efficiency and savings. Look no company is perfect and bumps will happen, but with Town and Country Pros you won't be sorry in my experience. I recommend this company many times over!!"

"Erick and his crew took out our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and replaced the oven hood in the kitchen. They replaced the old wooden baseboards (which had mold) and toilets in the bathroom. They also installed a water softener and replaced our water heater. Erick and his workmen were extremely kind and polite, being perfect gentlemen while in our condo. While installing the new toilet when they noticed an issue that could cause water to leak to the unit below our Erick sought to remedy the situation so that would not occur and his crew worked late to fix the crack and install the new toilet. Erick was flexible and was willing to incorporate any changes we needed. When the work was completed, Erick only charged us the amount of his original quote. We plan to contact Arcadia in the future for additional work we need to have done."
