"Tom did an excellent job.  For the leak in the ceiling, he had to cut it out and let it dry for a few days.  Then come back to replace the dry wall, sand and paint.
As for the garage door, he basically redid all the workings of the entire thing so now it works seamlessly.  
Power washing the deck and letting it dry took a few days and then he came back to replace the bad planks and paint.
It was always easy to reach him, he always returned my phone calls.  No matter how long each job took, he took the time with TLC.
I'm trilled with him and his work!!

I reached out to Harold based on his listing on Angie's List before I bought my home--free of charge, he took a look at the roof on a property I was considering buying--giving me an estimate and advice. His help led me to find that the sellers were dishonest about the condition of and work done on their roof, and I purchased a different property in Hudson, NY. My home is a 1927 Craftsman that needed quite a bit of work. I hired Harold based on his honesty and responsiveness in helping me evaluate the first property. "The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room.
