I've had intermittent issues with an ice dam in one area on my roof that once caused some minor ceiling damage. This issue prompted me to contact Jason prior to the upcoming winter snow season. Jason stopped out on a Sunday to take a look. I found Jason to be a no nonsense contractor and a very honest and informative fellow. He's also polite and professional in appearance. He followed up via email providing a bid the very same day. I contacted him shortly afterward and scheduled the job. Jason was accompanied by one assistant on the day the work took place and arrived right on time. The job took maybe 2 hours and 15 minutes. During the COVID10 time, I was comfortable with having them in my home, as both people wore masks and were respectful of distancing issues. They were efficient and frankly did exactly what they promised to do. The pricing structure offered by Cozy is reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend Jason to anyone interested in upgrading home insulation."

"We would highly recommend Trey and Dan from Freedom Insulation. They insulated our exterior walls, sealed and insulated our attic, and helped improve the ventilation on our kitchen. We really notice the difference. The furnace runs a fraction of the time it used to! They do excellent quality work! Furthermore, they are great guys. They were easy to communicate with as they prepared our project estimate, and also as they were leading up to the job as well as being here doing the work! They explained to me how much insulation I had, how much I needed, and how much it would cost to install that much insulation. The representative was very knowledgeable about their products, as well as the issues I was having. The bid came with brochures for the different types of materials Gunner used as well. I accepted the bid and the extraction crew arrived on a very cold spring day. They extracted my existing insulation very quick and set expectations for the installation of insulation the next day, which also went swimmingly. "Our experience with Lewis Insulation exceeded our expectations, they are great people to work with - what does that mean? Prompt communication, answering questions, ease of scheduling and most importantly - they take pride in their work. We moved into our home a year ago, the insulation in the attic was only adequate so we decided to add more, in addition we had the rim joists in our unfinished basement sprayed with foam. Lewis's price was competitive, just slightly less than other highly rated companies. They were easy to schedule, the workers were prompt - pleasant people, they clean up after themselves and since we qualified for an energy rebate - they handled the paperwork with the utility company. After insulating, we had a radon system installed, when giving us an estimate the radon company owner asked who sprayed our rim joists as he thought they were very well done. What a compliment to Lewis! What really stands out about Lewis, is their customer service. As previously stated, we had a radon system installed after insulating, in that process they went through our rim joist into the garage disturbing the foam insulation. We called Lewis asking what product we could purchase from a big box store to repair what the radon people had disturbed, in addition we forgot to show them a 2 foot section that also needed foam when initially done in March. For such small areas we didn't expect them to come out, we just thought we'd buy the canned spray foam and do it ourselves. But no Brian wouldn't have it, he felt better if they would do it; so we worked out a time when they were in the area and could stop by - within a week the work was done. We were amazed at this level of customer service. We would not hesitate to use Lewis Insulation again, in fact we would forego the whole bidding process and just hire them - with their attention to detail, pride in their work and outstanding customer service, hiring them is a no-brainer. We highly recommend them - they are a gem."

"They are busy. It took a while to get through to them, but once we did, they always returned calls or emails quickly. The work was excellent and very professionally done. It was Craig Edwards who really sold us on using this company. He explained everything clearly. He spent so much time explaining what would be done and coming out several times as we prepared for the insulation to be done. Steve was the engineer who came to my house and went above and beyond in helping me plan and design the renovations I was looking into. "Any time you seek out work to be done on your own home, you hope to find the best company. I ended up getting bids from a few companies to insulate my 1&1/2 story attic space. Chad was the first to get back to me with a thorough coverage bid, so fast I had to wait days for others. As soon as I met him I knew he was credible and trustworthy so we booked it. Fast forward to install day, Chad as his team showed up right on time, reiterated the work that was going to be done and got to it. I had a last minute additional request around some new electrical that has been done days prior and without skipping a beat came up with a solution that exceeded my expectations.
