Of course, they repaired the unit and saved me at least $8,000 to $12,000! Because of that, I have and continue to call them for any heating and cooling issues I have. "First of all the owner of Ashworth Heating and Cooling, Kevin Ashworth, showed up within an hour after I called him for a quote. He had the quote to me an hour later. I waited for days for other companies to show up and still didn't receive a good quote from several of them. Kevin's quote was complete and offered several practical options with pricing for each. The installers, Gary and John, worked hard and were eager to please us with their work. They had to remove the old equipment, install and wire the new equipment, install additional ductwork, and insulate existing supply ductwork. I am very happy with their work and the new system. Kevin and his brother showed up to do the final inspection on the system and to ensure it was functioning correctly. This is the second system Ashworth has installed for us and I have been very satisfied with both installations and would highly recommend them."

"I had a light switch develop a 'hot' smell last night. My wife also go shocked pretty hard when we took the case off of it and she was just holding her hand to the front of the switch to see if it felt hot. She didn't stick her finger back in the switch or anything that would justifiably shock her. I called William Jean this morning, and he was able to get someone out to my house by early afternoon, so he was very responsive. The contractor who came to my house turned the power back on, then proceeded to go through and test the switches and connections. He told her everything was fine, so she asked how she got shocked and he told her that she didn't get shocked. Well, yes, she did. He told us the switch that had the light/fan on it wasn't powerful enough and that was what was causing the smell, but he didn't have one he could install. We would have to go purchase a new one and then he could come out and install it. Well, I won't be having him install the switch. $70 cash (a slight discount for cash) to tell us the switch wasn't powerful enough seems a bit steep, and since he completely discounted the notion that she got shocked, I'm not convinced that there isn't another problem in the switch box."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"My thirteen year old heat pump had broken down. I called D. H. Jones office to schedule a service call and they were here the next day. They were really nice and showed me the problem and I decided to replace instead of repair. My replacement was scheduled for thursday, but was started on tuesday and finished on wednesday. Work was good and service was good. Workers were very nice."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
