Only to find out that the fan needed to be taken apart and cleaned and the additional amount was 420.00 on top of the 179.00 i paid for a total of almost 600.00. that was to say the least ridiculous and to me sounds like bait and switch. i think they should be able to give a better cost to the customer prior to them coming out to do the work. Now the 1st day i turn the furnace on for the season i had to light the pilot and will not turn on, maybe not their fault but it seems they would test it to make sure it was still in working order just basic."
