"Was referred to this company by my friend Glen when we were remodeling our house, so I decided to get windows and shutters from WDG- Everything's been great! They did a great job with designing and installing as I needed everything to be custom.
Step 1- they sent a designer for the consultation who made recommendations and took measurements. It's good that they send a designer and not just any joe shmoe because he was actually very helpful in giving us suggestions and we ended up changing some things around because of his recommendations. 
Step 2- bid was sent to us, we signed the contract and sent out deposit. 
Step 3- our windows were made, they called us and set up installation and everything turned out great. 
After we were satisfied with our windows, we decided to get shutters from them as  well, and I am very satisfied. Since we were returning customers they even gave us a better price. 
Everything turned out perfect, the way I expected.

"Excellent!!! Christopher Rubio was very responsive and kept me abreast of time of arrival throughout the day. He had a project in the morning and was coming to perform work for my mom later in the day. I was coming from an hour away so trying to coordinate time. He was very punctual and ended up waiting for me to arrive since I was delayed in traffic. Install went very well. We ran into a snag with one of the shower bars because the second stud could not be clearly identified, so Christopher immediately located a hardware store nearby and purchased tile anchors to secure bar into wall. He wanted to ensure that the bars installed were safe for my mom as if he were installing them for his mom or grandmother. He left the area clean and performed the job well. He made an elderly woman (my mom) very happy and I have piece of mind that my mom is safe having grab bars in her shower area. Thanks Christopher! Completely sealed around  the  frame .  Replaced  cedar shakes around the window .
It has an original appearance .

"Installing the door necessitated removing the existing trim and reinstalling it. Most of the trim was reusable, but one narrow side piece had to be replaced. It rained hard immediately after the installation and the exterior caulking washed out. Manuel made two separate trips to the house to look at the problem and then, after some dry weather, to re-caulk. The stairs are sturdy, and fit into the footprint of the original stairs. Overall the work took longer than originally discussed, but weather was a factor."
