Get matched with top heat pump installers and replacers in Scotch Plains, NJ

"After two weeks of trying to diagnose the problem with my heating system, it was determined that I needed to replace the system. Although this was not the answer that I was looking for, it was the right answer and decision. From the technicians who determined a replacement was needed, to Phil Grego who coordinated the replacement installation, to Miguel and his coworker who worked quickly to replace the system, it was a flawless coordinated effort to restore a working heating system in my house. All representatives from Arctic Air were respectful and informative. An extra shout out to Phil who was able to get me on the installation schedule quickly."

"Very professional organization. They did not try to up-sell me as other companies did; rather they met my needs in a cost conscious manner and the heat and AC all work perfectly for my home. The installation was first rate. Plus they give multi-year service free of charge. I would recommend them without hesitation."

"The entire process was flawless. In the proposal stage, I was given 4 options detailing prices and differences in each option in great detail. There was also an explanation of why I needed a chimney liner. We signed the contract and work was started almost immediately. I was contacted via text and email with a description of all the techs being dispatched including photos and background information. The techs arrived as stated. My furnace was over 50 years old and in poor shape. The job site was prepared and all the old components were removed leaving the site as clean or cleaner than when they started. The tech fully tested the heat and air conditioning systems and showed me how to use and set up the programmable thermostat. Great job all around."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"We recently hired Spartan Home Pros for a multi-zone mini split installation, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. A special shoutout to the lead technician, Charles—he was incredibly diligent, meticulous, and dedicated throughout the entire installation. Charles took the time to ensure every line was run cleanly, all wiring and line-hide covers were neat, and all manufacturer clearances and specs were strictly followed. They handled a tight installation spot upstairs with total professionalism and made sure everything was done right the first time. The team left the job site completely spotless, and having the system up and running with both heating and cooling working flawlessly is an amazing upgrade for our home. If you want true craftsmanship and honest, reliable work, I highly recommend Spartan Home Pros!"

"Even though one of there employees called out they still removed the boiler. The next day they installed the new boiler, when they left the heating system was working."
