"He explained all the parts that were needed, how an expanding pipe would be best since my mud room--where the pipe runs through--is not heated, and how the outside faucet mounting would be a bit tricky, and I couldnt be happier. I can clean my backyard, water plants, no problems at all. He also replaced my bathroom showerhead in about two minutes and I have perfect water pressure now. He was friendly, affordable, informative, and amenable. I look forward to hiring him again!

"The technicians that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed a complete heat pump system and did not leave until I was completely satisfied. The original thermostat that came with the system did not work, so installed a temporary thermostat and order a new one. It was installed the next day. "We hired weather masters through Lowes. Adam Shapiro contacted us and assessed our needs. No drama around quote, gave us a competitive price and promised a quick install. As we were in sweltering heat with no AC , they installed a temporary window AC unit to help us tide over the next couple days, whilst we waited for the HVAC Lennox equipment. From quote to install was just within 3 days!! Everything was executed on schedule as planned and delivered as such. Shane and Steve are highly professional technicians who completed HVAC install within 8 hours. They cleaned up the area very well , tested the equipments and provided operational instructions. "I received six estimates for replacing my air conditioning system. Of the six, four came in at a reasonable price including the estimate from the Michael Bonsby Company. Three of the four estimators made a good impression but the one who impressed me the most was David Lux of Michael Bonsby. He spent the most time, provided the most information, and fully answered all of my questions in all of my contacts with him prior to signing the contract. Even after I signed the contract, had the system installed, and made final payment, David Lux was still very prompt in answering my inquiries. So far I am very happy with the air conditioning system installed by and I would highly recommend the Michael Bonsby Company if you ever need to replace your air conditioning system."

"I waited so long to submit this review because I wanted to see if we really were going to save any money. Our summer electric bills have dropped to a third of what they were last year. We may never fully recover the full replacement cost but getting a PECO bill for $175.00 versus $576.00 (August) is great and that is a positive for the enviornment!
I no longerhave all the specs on the old oil burner but with the new system (3 zones vs. 2) we are using 50% less fuel oil. I can't track the savings due to warmer temperatures but the new unit runs a lot less than the old Columbia.
