"They were amazing.  They have set a level of service that is hard to match.  They really go above and beyond.  They are really honest.  They were doing some cleaning on my roof.  They were supposed to come every month.  I don’t watch them like a hawk or anything.  They came and got up there.  They said that there was nothing for them to do and they left.  They called me said that there was nothing to clean then.  They could have said that they cleaned it.  They were paid for every visit and it was not paying them a fixed amount for which they would come three or four times.  They are over friendly.  One of the guys is friends with my puppy; the dog goes crazy for him.  They also blow all the leaves around the house when they clean my roof.  I think they blow ore than they blew off.  You get more than you pay for.  If there is nothing for them to do, they would tell you.  They won’t try to con you.  Everything is always beautiful and freshly cleaned."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Very well.  Young man, the owner's son, arrived 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time.  surveyed the scene and went directly to work.  Said if I say 3 or 4 yellow jackets in the next week or so, to call, and he would come back for a second spraying.  Called in 10 days, and he came back, took care of the few remaining insects.  Very courteous and punctual.

"Blakely did the plumbing work on a new bath that we put in last year (everything turned out great!), so we were familiar with the company when we called them for this additional service for the old bathroom. Initial inspection was performed by Mr. Blakely himself; followup installation was done by his assistant. Both are cordial and professional in manner. Work was completed well and in a timely fashion. We also discussed a longer-term project to replace our kitchen sink, and were invited to visit the Blakelys' own kitchen to view one faucet option. Not the kind of treatment you'd get from Lowe's! Would definitely recommend this business.

"Communication with the company manager was inconsistent and unresponsive.  He offered a good estimate but significantly later than promised in the original Angie's List promotion.  He completely missed the first Friday afternoon appointment Friday September 6 without calling or contacting me during the weekend to explain even though I was waiting at the jobsite all afternoon.  
It would be my impression that the workload increase that came with the Angie's List promotion was more than management was prepared to handle in a timely and professional manner.
The actual repair work was effective, informative, and his workers, particularly David Cardenas performed well.

"Andrey has done all kinds of things for me. He does a great job at it took. It has been a couple of years, but the last thing that he did was he fixed a leak in the roof; he put on new roofing. Him and his boys remodeled my bathrooms and installed some new cabinets in the family room and kitchen, so that the new granite countertops could be installed. They are very polite too! They do immaculate finish work. A young man who works for him also did the tile work on the bathrooms and it was just immaculate. George did the tile work in the kitchen and that was very immaculate too. I was really impressed with the detail that this company provides. They also installed a lot of florescent lights in my garage and lights it up like daylight. They also put in 2 skylights for me."
