"Holtzople installed a new HVAC for us in Nov 2025. The furnace worked like a champ all winter. As the weather warmed up today, we turned on the AC. Not working. Called Holtzople for service and the intake was a smooth process. Got a call from Tim, who was in the area on another call. He came by a little later and did the systematic troubleshooting. "I would strongly recommend against using this company. Michael Bonsby sold me an HVAC system that repeatedly malfunctioned between its installation in August 2022 and removal in October 2025. Over those 3 years, Bonsby had ample opportunities to identify and correct the defect in the system, but it failed to do so. Nor did Bonsby ever offer to replace the system. In fall 2025, after years of frustration, I requested that Bonsby refund my purchase price for the defective system. Bonsby has refused and, in doing so, made arguments that are materially inaccurate as to the facts of the matter and applicable law. "

"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price).
