He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"I contacted James at Gibson Mechanical about having my old HVAC system, replaced. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and make a recommendation on my wants. Was given 3 quotes in a good, better and best format. From what I can tell this is based on efficiency and probably personal experience on systems efficiency vs repair cost and savings. I actually tried to have a more expensive unit installed and James took the time to explain that the minuscule efficiency gain would not be worth the expenses of repairs (after warranty). I’ve had very few companies over the years actually try to talk me out of spending money that I was willing to spend.
