"My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. "Everything went extremely well. It took two technicians about seven hours to complete the job. They were very careful when transporting equipment through the house up into the attic. When the job was completed, they even moved items back into the attic I had taken out to give them more working room. Outside, they were careful not to damage the house siding when installing the compressor through an extremely tight space. Overall, Air Specialists were wonderful to work with and I would hire them again without hesitation."
