Of the 3 competing estimates I received, his wast the best value by far. He recommended purchasing equipment that I got huge rebate for installing. He did not try to upsell me at all, just pointed out some work that I should consider for safety in the future. I Googled the information he shared with me, and found out the breaker box that had been installed originally in the house was actually proven in later years to be a fire safety hazard. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. "I called Fresh Tech AC on a holiday in the middle of the summer as my AC quit working. They came out, found the problem. Unfortunately I needed a new AC. They replaced it within a few days and re-positioned the system in my attic. My old system was approximately 20 yrs. old. The technicians are very professional and polite. My AC system is over two years old now and I have had no problems. If I have a question, they will come out or answer my question immediately. I highly recommend this company."
