"Environment Masters did an excellent job providing me with a new HVAC system. I originally called them for a tuneup. The technician showed me pictures of the repairs that would need to be done. I was put in contact with a sales rep who walked me through potential quality new options for my house. Both employees were clear about the issues but did not pressure me into a decision. I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. I see and repair when people cut corners. Environment Masters did not cut corners. Well Done!"

"AKM Air Solutions did a complete HVAC replacement. I am a former General Contractor and I have used 100's of subcontractors. I would put this company in the top 10% of all I I worked with. They are very meticulous and did a excellent job. I highly recommend them."

"Got an immediate response. Replaced a condenser on one unit & repaired/maintained two others. It's been a couple of months now & all units are working perfectly even in the most miserable part of summer. They were courteous and professional. Highly recommend."

"I called and talked with several repair people and these was the only one that did what they said. Every person I talked with on the phone or person has been great. They are installing our new system in a few weeks so I will have a better story then but so far they are good."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The service was good, and everything went well."
