"Kamal diagnosed and completely repaired a failure with our upstairs ac/heat pump that was having high/low stage lockouts. Neither the ac or heat pump was working. He replaced the compressor which had died, replaced the TX valve in the attic, which was installed incorrectly by the original installer, flushed the line and checked for leaks, etc. In a quick turnaround time. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues.
