"Overall, it was an excellent experience. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, explaining what had been done incorrectly the last time the roof was replaced, and the steps that would be taken to remedy the situation. The estimate appointment lasted about an hour between examining the roof and reviewing the products / answering any questions we had. We appreciated that it wasn't a 2.5 hour song and dance like other roofing companies had done. The estimate was not the lowest we received (nor the highest), but was within reason, and we got what we paid for- in this case, a professional, efficient installation with an excellent warranty. Installation took one day. When we brought a minor issue with one of the vents to their attention a few weeks later, they came out the next day to fix it. I recommend this company."

"Debbie showed up on time and seemed knowledgable about insulation. However she had a hard time answering my questions because she was overly fixated on price. That's not necessarily a bad thing but it got in the way of me really understanding the answers. When the quote came in it was very resonable but when i emailed with a follow-up question concerning warranties, the lack of record on Angies List (despite being in biz for 100+ yrs) and a sub-contractor she was going to use for an exhaust ventilation, she wouldn't put some of the answers in writing until after I committed to using her company. After reviewing all of the quotes we received we finally decided to take a leap of faith because she seemed knowledgable and the quote was fair. i emailed saying we wanted to move forward and asked if i could i now get the informatoin i requested in writing. Unfortunately it's now been 5 days so we are moving in another direction. I bet the company does quality work but it won't be with us.

"Mason said the job would take 5-6 weeks; it took 7 and a week of the delay was due to Home Depot. He made a number of excellent suggestions for small upgrades to what I had proposed. He understood very well my concerns: this is a small space in an 1882 building, so there were a lot of complications and I wanted to cram in as much storage space as possible."

"Ed with E&R Home Solutions was very easy to work with. All of the staff is professional. Inspection and proposal was completed in a timely manner. New roof was installed on date promised. They worked very hard to complete it within one-day, working into the late evening. Clean-up was okay, we do still find nails occasionally (work was completed approx. 2 months ago). I'm sure they did the best they could given the late time and poor lighting. Overall we are very happy with the work and will hire them again in the future if needed. We will also recommend to friends and family."

Glass tile was installed during the winter months and final amount was just above quoted deal but was with the fine print of the deal.  We bought the upgrade to glass tile as it more suited our design wants.  Overall the job went smoothly and was completed in two days.  One feedback item that was suggested: wear booties while in the house, as all sorts of debris was tracked into the house.  However they may have corrected this small shortcoming.  Overall it continues to look great.
