"JR Insulation is a great company!! They did everything from start to finish as promised, on time, polite, clean, and on budget. I can't recommend them enough. They also fixed a problem that I created in my own ignorance for free just to make me even happier. I told them it wasn't necessary but they insisted. JR's pricing was the absolute best for everything they did. Not the lowest bid but the lowest price to value, which in my opinion is the lowest bid. I would use they again, in fact, I would not use any other company for insulation or dry wall. Brian"

"On day 1 they removed (sucked out) 3 levels (and three different types) of insulation. They were very neat and cleaned up afterward. They showed me pictures of the cleared attic. On day 2 they blew in new insulation, sealed an unused vent (which was causing a draft) and installed a new attic hatch (old one was broken, unsealed and not insulated causing a draft). Everything was done as agreed and in the timeline expected. They are also a partner with Energy Trust of Oregon which is a bonus."

"With recent monsoon like rains, our sump pump quit and since we were gone when it happened ended up with 2 feet of water in the crawl space. Q came out and got our sump back on. He had quoted a certain amount just for coming out and assessment. I was perfectly willing to pay, especially since he had to jump into two feet of freezing water! "I needed all the windows replaced in my house and from start to finish Lifetime and the people I worked with were excellent. Tate came to the home to review the work to be done and provided the quote. It was not the least expensive of the quotes, but Tate took the time to explain the installation and the options/ideas for how the windows could be framed that impressed me more than the other companies. I was given an install date and there where no delays, the work started on that date with Tony leading a 2 man crew. Tony was also great to work with, courteous, professional and I felt comfortable enough let him be in or out of the house as he needed to and he kept the work areas clean. The new windows look fantastic. The Price review is marked N/A because it didn't matter for this review. All 3 companies were very close in their quotes. Also, Lifetime was the only company that mentioned I would receive a federal tax credit and they did all the paper work for it."

"The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."

Prior to replacing the cabinetry after the electrical panel replacement was complete, his crew removed the wall paper on two walls, textured and painted them. This room is now complete. Mr. Tapia, et al have done work for me before and continue to be my go-to contractor in Vancouver."
