"I had Mike Guess come to my 100 year old home to give me an estimate for addinging air conditioning to the house and for potentially replacing a 28 year old furnace. I also need a consultation on our old ductwork and he was able to include abatement and new ductwork in the bid. The bid was very competetive and well organized. Mike took the time to explain everything to me and was very responsive to followup questions I sent (many). In the end we used another company. It was not because of anything negative about Sun Glow and Mike Guess. In fact it was a very challenging decision to make. I think we would have been very happy with the work they did for us and way they did the work. If someone is reading this review, I encourage you to consider calling Sun Glow heating and Air Conditioning if you are looking to update your system. PS: I do not have relationship with this company~ I just thought they deserved a positive review for a very positive experience."

"With recent monsoon like rains, our sump pump quit and since we were gone when it happened ended up with 2 feet of water in the crawl space. Q came out and got our sump back on. He had quoted a certain amount just for coming out and assessment. I was perfectly willing to pay, especially since he had to jump into two feet of freezing water! But he didn't charge me since he didn't fix or replace anything. When it dries out, we'll have him back out to install a better system!"

Prior to replacing the cabinetry after the electrical panel replacement was complete, his crew removed the wall paper on two walls, textured and painted them. This room is now complete. Mr. Tapia, et al have done work for me before and continue to be my go-to contractor in Vancouver."
