"Service Tech was on time, professional, courteous, and efficient. He found a small part that needed repairing so I'm sure that will keep me cool this coming summer. E F Martin has always been a cut above the rest and it shows in all they do. Thanks!!"

"Excellent job done professionally and neatly. Excellent communication and whatever promised fulfilled. 2 years labor warranty given. 12 years on parts from GE They took the old unit and installed the new one professionally and neatly, installed 2 thermostats inside the house. Stayed there to test it thoroughly. Brandon Watts and Chris made things possible even when unit was not in stock (Not until 3 days later), they travelled to Greenville just to install it as promised because I was traveling the next day. He did not charge extra. His labor charge is very affordable. I am going to sign up a maintenance contract with Gonzo for 2 yearly visits for $189. I believe it’s worth it to extend the life of the unit. I recommend Gonzo HVAC to everyone without hesitation. Good job and thanks."

"Service beyond my most optimistic expectations. Response to my call for help with a heat pump problem was immediate and two hours later I had heat again. The tech was thorough and worked fast but explained every step of the repair as he went along. Canâ t recommend ARS highly enough."

"Wagner HVAC does great work. The owner is a great person and does fantastic work. He maintains and installs my commercial refrigeration units as well as household HVAC. Brandon is one of his techs and he is top notch. Very knowledgeable and experienced team."

"We had another plumbing company come out due to a leak. Rather than do any diagnostics, they just replaced the pressure valve. It still leaked. I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!"

"Not only did they replace the drain pipes, they replaced a shut-off valve that Love Plumbing said couldn't be fixed less than a week before."

"After talking with several plumbers, I decided to use Southeast Plumbing and Gas. Brian answered all of my questions and quoted me a very competitive price. Brian installed a new dishwasher, put in a new tankless water heater (plus ran new electrical for the unit) and some other smaller fixes. He was professional, courteous, and did the work for what he quoted. He also tackled some additional plumbing issues that cropped up while he was doing everything else. He was at our house for over 12 hrs fixing everything and making sure everything was working properly before he left. I would definitely recommend SE Plumbing and Gas and would use them again."
