He was a really nice guy and we shared some stories of our military service as he set up. Bob number 1 showed up a short time later and things started to progress quickly. Before I knew it the furnace install was complete. Everything looked great and I once again had heat! I would recommend this company to anyone who isn't looking to overpay for a new furnace. You will get the same quality service as the big name companies without the big pricetag."

We had a quote from another company that gave us the whole, "we'll give you a call back tomorrow to set up the install" after telling us that we needed a new AC and still haven't heard back, BUT I'm so glad we didn't hear back from the other company as there were other red flags that I overlooked during a time of panic.
