Our technician took lots of pictures as to how it looked when he started what his meters were saying with the numbers. Along with what it looked like when done. We got all of that emailed to us and is kept on file if they ever have to come out for something else so the same tech or another tech sees what was done the last time they came out. Our tech Ken explained what all the numbers ment on his picture so we understood things clearly.
