"The technician was extremely thorough. Replace the thermostat batteries and furnace filter (I provided the parts), checked for any carbon monoxide leaks, checked the condition of furnace components, and found some bare wires that he taped up."

"After signing a contract on a Monday for a specific brand of heat pump they texted me Thursday morning, 24 hours prior to installation to announce they were changing the brand being installed. After a number of calls I had to agree to a substitute brand. Otherwise they told me it would be 4 weeks to get the original brand."

"The process was easy and the service top notch from the estimate with the sales rep to scheduling and the install. Ill recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air services."

"Mr. Bost did an excellent job for me for a reasonable price. I know he obtained the best deal for me on the furnace and the air conditioning unit. He answered all my questions. He was on the job when he said he would be; he was professional and courteous. The installation went smoothly, and I have had no problem with the furnace or air conditioner since they were installed in 2008."

"The sales person, sold me a 15.5 seer heat pump and and the model it says 14.0 seer, so I asked the technician and he told me that, with both systems equal to 15.5 seer. I wanted to see 15.5 seer on the machine specifications but it does not said. So at this point, I donâ t know if the system installed at my house was 14.0 or 15.5 seer."

"Did a good job installing a 1.5 ton heat pump in 2017. Decent price."

"Great and Professional Service. Loved the new Carrier Heater that was installed"

"I couldn?t be happier with the experience. Graham Solution handled the entire installation from start to finish, and the quality of the work was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and paid close attention to every detail. The installation was completed efficiently, everything was left clean when the job was finished, and the system works perfectly. It?s hard to find someone who takes this much pride in their work, and it definitely shows. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality HVAC installation. Excellent workmanship and great customer service from start to finish!"

"Our oil furnace/HVAC could not be repaired. We purchased a new unit, the install went well thanks to two professional technicians from Delaware. Our issues began after a visit from an inspector arrived 6 days later. He wouldn't listen to any question and replied "If I answer that, I have to charge you!" We have no idea what he did to the new thermostat, new oil furnace, and/or to the AC condenser. We reported it within 6 days when the outside temperature was in the 80's. Today a technician was scheduled between 8am-12noon. I was told he would be a little late...Another call advised that he needed to be replaced with a technician that is knowledgeable about "Oil furnace/ HVAC systems"??? We are now at the mercy of a longer wait time and hope someone will show up today with the temperature rising in our home. Praying that all will be corrected at no additional cost to us."
