"We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. Everything seems to be working great (it has been about 6 weeks)! I would definitely hire them again."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. "It went fine. I had to call them back because something came loose in the connection after the first time. But they came back and took care of it. They came right away, but they had to come back. They did the cleaning, and there was no charge. I had them replace something as well while they were there and they didn’t do that right, and they had to come back. But they were fine; they did what they promised to do. It was nothing great but nothing bad."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
