After the inspection, he explained and showed me what the problems were and what he would do to fix them and how much it would cost. I okayed his sweeping the chimney during this visit. I was so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail, we made arrangements for him to return Monday and complete the repairs. Again, he arrived on time, prepared for the job and began immediately. The repair was completed and he was exactly on his estimate. I was very impressed and have recommended him to my neighbors. "I went with JSA primarily because I felt Scott took the most time to explain the work that needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He answered all of my questions and never seemed to be bothered by my lack of understanding initially of the work itself. He and his crew arrived on time and took great care to make sure my yard and bushes would be put back together as much as possible. They even moved my sprinkler heads out of the way and put them back in place after the job was done. The crew was not bothered at all by my presence and my watching them work ( I felt like a little kid fascinated by what they were doing). Scott even took time out during the job to explain things as he went. While it was not possible to put my porch back into its original position (this would have destroyed all the stone work), I believe we got some lift and now I'm no longer concerned that I will have worsening porch problems going forward. I'm truly happy that I picked JSA to do this job for me and would recommend them without hesitation."

"Great. The crew (Iggy, Chris, Don, and Leo) arrived 15 mins early. Very professional, friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable. They were confident that they could fix my sagging exterior wall and repair the masonry damage. Of course I won't know for sure for a few years, but it appears that they did a very good job. They found the problem, fixed it, installed two piers, repaired the brickwork, and also repaired cracks in my brickwork in other areas of my house. They cleaned up after themselves, and repaired the area of my concrete driveway that they had to dig through. Lots of specialized, heavy equipment was needed - that plus their obvious expertise and experience does seem to justify the high cost. Extra service: An hour after they left, I tried but could not get my garage door to work. I assumed that some of the work they did caused the opener to become mis-aligned, I called and left a msg at their office. Within 20 mins Chris returned my call, and came back to my house within the hour. They quickly showed us that the cameras were mis-aligned (we should have realized that), and fixed them. Nice."

"We had discovered a very small leak in our MB closet and upon inspection found we had roofing issues. We had thought about patching the roof and Jerry was amicable with discussing our options and also provided a full replacement estimate. After debating with ourselves on which way to go we decided to have the entire roof replaced. Jerry's wife Pam is super to deal with and very customer oriented even though we changed our minds a couple of times during the intital "what to do" phase. Jerry and his crew showed up promptly bright and early on the day agreed upon. We have a very large roof with steep pitch and were doubtful his crew could finish the same day. They did finish the same day, cleaned up the yard, including debris and nails. The roof looks great! We have not found a single nail anywhere! "Excellent job.  Called Jesse on Monday and he fit me in on Friday!  In addition to replacing the sidewalk, the company installed rebar into the adjoining sidewalk slabs to make sure this would not happen again.  The sidewalk was also curved and he kept the line true to the curve.  No mess in my yard either!"
