There was a 6 week wait from quote to when he came out, but he remembered the scope we discussed exactly and did a great job. He matched the mortar and 80 year old bricks extremely well and the work was beyond my expectation. I tend to nitpick contractors on details or price, but Jose left nothing to complain about in either regard. I will use him for all of my masonry work going forward, and I'll recommend him to all of my local friends and family. Worth the wait."

"I  had called because there was starting to be obvious water damage on the inside of the the house apparent in the painted brick surrounding the fireplace.  Unfortunately, once he power washed the exterior, he decided that we really needed a mason based on the level of deterioration. He was very helpful in discussing with me how to paint and clean the interior of the box to make it more attractive and clean (we don't use the fireplace) and I would call him again if we ever need a sweep! <br />"

"Our gas fireplace would go on, but then shut off after 10 minutes or so. When I called to schedule the service call, the next available date was over 3 weeks away. While I was disappointed I couldn't get someone out sooner, the company was clear in communicating with me about it. As it happened, snow on the day of our scheduled appointment prevented them from being able to come out, but they called promptly and offered to reschedule to the following Saturday, which worked for us. The day of the appointment, they called about 30 minutes in advance to confirm the exact time the technicians would arrive. Two technicians came out. One was more of a helper, who cleaned the glass fireplace cover and did some other checks. The main technician checked everything over, explained what the various parts were and why they might not be working. In our case, all that was required was to clean out the various interior components. The technician let the fireplace run for at least 20 minutes while he checked the exterior venting and wrote up a report, so we were confident the problem was taken care of. We received an electronic copy of the report of the work done, which included photographs of the fireplace, the monitoring equipment, and the exterior vent, along with explanations of everything that was checked/done. I appreciate the detail. We had been told in advance the cost of the service visit would be $225, and since no parts needed to be replaced, that is what the invoice was for. We paid with a check at the time of the visit (which had been explained as the preferred payment mechanism when I made the appointment). Scheduling was easy, communication with the office and technician was clear, the work was done efficiently. We will use this company again."

"It's very clear that Keith cares about the work he and his crew does. We had a lot of repointing work needed on our house due to deteriorating mortar (the entire top of a 40 foot retaining wall, 4 sets of brick stairs, and other miscellaneous spots around the perimeter of the house). My two biggest concerns going into this project were making sure the new mortar matched the old and that the new mortar stayed off the front of the bricks. Keith and his crew meticulously repointed everything so that the mortar matches very close and the bricks are clean.
