"From the initial contact to the finished product, Creekside Coverings was absolutely incredible to do business with. Shawn responded quickly to our inquiry about building a gazebo with a bar and set up an appointment that was convenient for us. When he came to the house, he was super professional but, more importantly, he was very personable and easy to talk with. He let us tell him what our vision was, and he helped guide us where we needed a little help. I immediately felt at ease with him and knew that I wanted this guy to do our work. There wasn’t a lot of info or reviews out there on him, but I felt like I could trust him and appreciated how well he treated us. To be honest, I didn’t even have anyone else come out and give me a quote after Shawn was at our house and I never do that! He told me he would get the quote to me later that night or at the latest the next day and he delivered on that promise. In fact, he delivered on EVERY promise! He was also on time…EVERY TIME and he communicated everything we needed to know at every step of the process. Shawn told us when he would start the project and how it would go and gave us a very specific finish time which he nailed! He was right about making the wall only a half wall so we didn’t lose our beautiful view and feel so closed in and he was right about increasing the height of the bar. It was perfect! We gave him a vision and trusted him to make it all come together and he delivered a finished product that was even better than we had dreamed of. Our new gazebo has become our happy place and the place where we spend time with our friends. We’re filling our new space with a ton of new memories and we couldn’t be more thankful and impressed with how it all turned out!
