"The prices were a little higher than we anticipated but when I checked out other area prices they were actually in the lower end fir our area. Had we to do it over again we might have asked for a day or two to consider what we wanted done. The work was done very quickly, within three days fir the new flue. The office forgot to call to confirm the day and time they were coming back but since we were home it wasn't a problem and we were glad to have them there to complete the job. They were very clean and after they left you wouldn't know anyone had been there. Very friendly as well."

They take great pride in their work and see to the finest of details. From the very beginning of the project to the very end they were in constant communication as to the progress of the project. We actually went to the quarry to pick out the Bluestone for our patio with them which was a nice feature. They also spent time with us after the project was done to explain how to take care of our investment. They also keep in contact with us after the project was done to make sure their work is up to our standards. Steve arrived on time on a blustery and snowy day.  We have a large wooden shed with heavy double doors that were impossible for me to open without calling my husband to prop them up.  I thought

we would have to cancel because of the weather or find another project but he repaired the doors, moved the hinges and reversed the handles to make them easier to open.  I have my shed back again!  Now, we?re waiting for him to come back to repair and paint our kitchen ceiling.

"Chad was a bit slow on the response initially, but with all the snow we had, it was understandable, just a bit of a hiccup at the beginning.  Once he got started, he worked some long days getting all the misc things completed.  Even made several trips back to the box store for items I picked up but were wrong.  I added a couple of things to his list after he started and he worked them in without a problem.
Next phase will be a bigger bite but waiting until the weather warms up as the house will be open during that time.  I will continue to use Chad a lot going forward."
