Chris came late in the day after checking with me about the wind and rain. As the conditions were still good, he made the outside repairs. Afterwards, he came inside to sweep the chimney. "Mr. Kugel did a fabulous job repairing my fireplace.  I recently purchased my 1952 home and the previous owner had cut a hole in the fire box, installed a stove pipe and sealed the chimney.   He was very straight forward with his estimate and explained everything, answering all my questions.  We set an appointment for the repair & he was prompt, efficient, and very respectful of my home.  He showed me everything he had done, how everything worked and cleaned up after himself when finished.   When he arrived to give me the estimate, my neighbor stopped by & asked him to give her an estimate as well.   He did and cleaned her chimney and repaired her fireplace the same day he fixed mine.  We are both very pleased with Mr. Kugel and would highly recommend him & his company."

"Great experience. He was here right on time and explained to me what the issue most likely was and that the stucco was not needing to be repaired. He advised me to just do it myself since it was such a small job. He could have easily made something up or charged me a fee just to look at it. He saved me a lot of money just by telling me its a small issue that could be easily fixed. Other companies were charging me a minimum fee just to come out. Would definitely use him if I needed more work done."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
