We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. "On each chimney, Lee ground out any deteriorated mortar joints, re-pointed them with new mortar, replaced any spalling bricks, coated the concrete tops of the chimney's with CrownSeal chimney coating, and sealed the chimneys above the roof line with waterproof sealant. Lee also installed a chimney cap and ensured that the flashing was properly sealed. The quality of Lee's work was simply outstanding, and I highly recommend him."
