"I made my appointment with them and due to a high volume of repairs, it took a week for them to come to the house.  They called the day before to give me a time the service man would come, and he did come right on time the next day.  He was efficient and knew exactly what the problem was plus he had the part on his truck, and I did not need to have him order one and return for another service call.
