"I would give these folks twenty stars if I could. They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced....most of all they provided a solution for a clogged, compromised sewer pipe that otherwise could have been disastrous. My recently purchased house was built in 1968 and soon after moving in, the drain kept clogging. After jetting the line and an initial de-scaling/cleaning attempt, the video that was taken revealed that my sewer pipe under my slab was severely compromised, fractured and with holes in multiple spots. Other tradespeople I spoke with said that my floor and slab would need to be cut open to dig out the old sewer pipe and replace it with PVC---an ENORMOUS expense and undertaking.I am so glad I called Jax Hydro-Jetters. They were able to re-line the existing sewer pipe with a strong, durable coating without disrupting my home. Problem solved. I can't tell you the peace of mind they brought to me and my husband. It is priceless and I am forever grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend you call them for any clogging disruption you are experiencing in your home. You will be so happy you did."

On our way out for dinner for Valentine's day at 5 pm and no water pressure so called Gainesville Pump hoping I would catch someone before they left for the day and my call was answered with the wonderful response that someone would be out to evaluate the issue. Dillon showed up within the hour and quickly evaluated the problem and even in the dark was pulling the well pump and replacing the pipe and pump so we wouldn't be without water, he was extremely knowledgeable and even kept our 1 yr old energetic puppy happy while he resolved the water problem. GREAT tech and Great company, would recommend them to everyone who wants friendly, courtesy, experienced service no matter when there is a problem with your well even on Valentine's Day evening. "Aqua Boss is the only company to use! After my well company did a no show for 2 days for a softener install, I called Aqua Boss & Brad was out in 30 minutes. My well needed more than a standard softener (as told by well company). aqua Boss had great communication on when he would be out for install & held true to that appointment. I had additional unique problems that the supplier sent a representative out for testing & recommendations with Brad. Parts were ordered, minor delay due to TS Debby, but Aqua Boss had me installed & all problems solved the day after their supply house received parts. It has been a pleasure doing business with them. I would give 6 stars if I could, best business I have dealt with in Marion County."

"If I could give Perry’s 10 stars I would! They are the best business I have encountered in decades! 1. A human being answers the phone, no annoying phone trees or “leave a message and we’ll get back with you.” 2. The person answering the phone actually knew something about the business and after listening to my issues gave me some possibilities about the problem with a ball park estimate for repair. I did not expect them to be able to diagnose it over the phone but at least I had an idea of the seriousness and cost of the repair. He could not give me an appointment but said the owner would call me. 3. The owner called me within ten minutes; he set up a time for the following day. No playing phone tag. They seemed to realize my time is just as valuable as theirs. 4. The repairman called me the next day within the window of the appointment time to tell me he was on his way. He called me back with the estimate. All of the parts were on the truck; he made the repairs that same day. 5. The owner called me, told me what the fee was and took my CC info over the phone because he wanted to ensure my security versus other methods of payments. I felt they were honest and their fees reasonable. For the first time in a very long time I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. And they did the repairs on a Saturday! This is how a business should run! I am so tired of the mentality of most businesses where they seem to say to me “yeah, we’ll take your hard earned money, we are going to treat you like crap and feed you a lot of excuses and BS and our job may or may not work.” Perry’s is a godsend. I will exclusively use them for all my well needs in the future – and if they do other types of work I will use them and if they can’t do the work, I will use them for a reference. Superb business!!"

"Florida water analysis is a very conscientious company who cares for, and checks in with their customers for their yearly filter changes. They don’t just install and forget you. They send professional technicians to do the work of changing the filters once a year, or if you have any questions they are always available for you to call. I had the technician Kevin Rivera today for my once a year filter change. He was very through, kind, and explained to me why my fifth larger filter needed replacing after 5 years. He showed me the wear on the filter and explained that it was natural, but needed changing after 5 years. He was very gentle with his work, and talked with me about the pros of filter water for long term health. I’m grateful to Kevin and Florida Water Analysis for my wonderful water service these past five years."
