"They were informative, polite, and efficient. They showed us the different systems they sold and what made them different. We made our choices and the install was just days later. We had them install a water softener systems and an RO system. Their costs were more then fair and the did a great job!"

"We were researching Watersoftener systems for our future house that we are going to build. We've found several different systems, watched advertisements on TV, read reviews and online forums. All that was confusing, lots of criticism from all sides and at the end we didn't know what to believe after all. So we asked some friends who usually choose the best. They told us that they got the Hydro Quad installed 13 years ago and since then they were happy with the system with no regrets. They also told us that they come for a yearly maintenance check which costs about 200 Dollars. Otherwise they check and fill up the salt regularly and have a lifetime warranty. So we just wanted to contact them and get a home presentation. Colen was our representative and he really convinced us that evening, but we didn't have intentions to sign anything that night because we also wanted to check out other companies. Like a typical sales person they actually pushed us a little bit while offering several discounts and rebates, but the important thing they offered to us was that they would install it into our current house including the loop and then offered a free move to the new house once it is built. End of story was that we didn't sign that evening but thought about it for 2 more days and then finally accepted their offer. From day one we must say, beside that little pushing, they provided outstanding customer service with no exception including the installation done from 2 very friendly installers -it took them approximately 4 hours to install the loop and the system. We can actually say that we experienced the best customer service for the last 4 years, the time since we moved to the USA. It's definitely an investment for a watersoftener system and filter, but we love it now and our new house will have the luxury starting with soft water from day one. We hope to experience the same durability and customer service as our friends for many, many years. Not having had a watersoftener and filter before, here some things that changed: <br /> My husband finally drinks filtered water from the pipe and I won't have to buy that much bottled water any more. It's actually really tasty considering the option that water can taste good. Let's say, it's neutral, tastes clean and has no funny after tastes any more. <br /> We were able to clean up the calcium around the kitchen faucet and although we still wipe spots regularly, they are easy to wipe and the sink shines without having the ugly calcium around it. <br /> Taking a shower feels different. Yes, it has that soapy feeling, but we can get used to it since we see the positive side, which is softer skin, less lotion and my damaged hair from bleaching is easier to comb, although I still use conditioner. <br /> We finally are using our brand new dishwasher from Bosch. We've bought the dishwasher when we moved into the current house but I refused to use it because the dishes came out not nicely. That's a big plus now. Not saying they are perfect now, but somehow acceptable and I'm working on it, maybe adjustments with the programs and dishwasher soaps. <br /> We didn't wash our vehicles yet, but looking forward to get spotless vehicles after washing them. <br /> Washing machine handling: Before I used to add vinegar when washing clothes. Now I don't do that any more. Clothes smell and feel fresh. Don't have too much experience with the amount of detergent yet and talking about stains whether they come out more easily, but I don't expect that it will be worse. So far we are happy with our purchase and would recommend the whole thing to friends, if they are ready to invest into quality and an easier and hopefully healthier life. <br />"

"Very well, used up to date type of water line and installed at best locations across my acre, Even put access lines to new locations for watering with hose to plants, trees etc. Did not have to cut or chop my patio but bored underneath to reach water entrance to house then cemented back the opening needed to make all the connections. Very nice job. Very professional, polite and pleasant. I highly recommend them."

"JC came to our home, inspected the water connections and gave us a quote for installing the water treatment system. Our home was built with a loop and drain already installed, so this offered a simple installation for the water softener. We were able to schedule installation for the following week. Dave and crew arrived at the appointed time and performed the installation quickly and efficiently. The connections under the kitchen sink were a bit tight, but Dave managed to successfully work around the existing plumbing and garbage disposal to install the water filtration system which is connected directly to the icemaker and water dispenser in our refrigerator. We no longer need to buy bottled water. There is a soft water tap in the garage we can use for washing cars. The system works very well for us, and the cost was very reasonable when compared to quotes we received from other companies for similar systems. Sun Tap also offers to deliver salt when needed and pour it into the tank for us."

"From the initial time I called these folks to when they left after the install everything was top notch and professional. I called their office, asking for someone to come out and look at the old system that was in place. We just bought the house and the water softener that was there looked like it was abandoned. Larry the sales guy came out and explained what I had, how it worked, and how to get it started again. We didn't know if the system would work because it had been non-functional for at least 6 months and we did not have any salt to add to the salt tank. Larry told me to go get some salt, regenerate the system a couple of times, and see if we had soft water. While he was at the house he explained the options I had if I decided to but a new system. All very low key. Not a hard sell at all. He went over prices and I told him I would think about it . After he left I had another local firm come out and look at the system. They wanted 4 times the money Water-Tec quoted. As it turned out the old system did work and we hade soft water in the house, but the old system looked like **** and I wasn't sure how long it would last before it broke down. It also leaked like a sieve. After a few days we decided to have Water-Tec install a new system. We called their office and they wanted a 1/3 deposit and said they would be out in about 10 days. The day prior to the install they called to insure we would be home and they said George would be our installer. He would be out the next day between 8 & 10. The following day George arrived on time and installed the new system. He did a total workmanlike job and wwas very congenial. We couldn't be happier. This company is run by professionals and I wouldn't hesitate to call them for anything. A+ experinece. "

"We initially met Steve when he came to install a dishwasher that we purchased from Sears. My wife was impressed with his organized approach and his efforts to keep the work area clean. He told us that he had his own plumbing business and we decided to use his services when we finally purchased a new kitchen faucet and a reverse osmosis faucet and consolidated a to-do list. I intended to install new washer hoses myself but found that the faucets were frozen and couldn't be shut off. I had just painted the laundry room, but in relatively tight working quarters Steve was able to cut a hole in the wall, cut out the faucets and replace them with 180 degree shutoff valves, and piece the wallboard, leaving me with just minimal touch-up painting. The to-do list was drawn up in advance but when we found that the toilet with rusted floor bolts needed a new wax ring, we decided to check the others as well. (Good thing, too.) Because of scheduling, the work was done over the course of several days, so additions were no problem; Steve did the work on a priority basis and at our convenience. We supplied the kitchen faucets, washer hoses, shower cartridges, tub spouts, ice maker hose, and the dryer tubing. Another bonus - previous owners ignored the water softener so we had some instances of calcium buildup on faucets; Steve told us that dill pickle juice would take care of that. Now I have an excuse to buy the giant jars of pickles at Costco. Steve was really easy to work with and fairly priced so if we have any other plumbing issues, he'll be the man we call. <br />"
