"Great experience with these guys. They were extremely professional, upfront about everything suck *** installation, pricing and scheduling. Such a smooth process. And they still answer any questions I have after the install. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water softening or water purification."

"It was a great experience, Kate was understanding of our problem and sent Jeremy to us in a few days for an estimate. Another few days and he came back and fixed the cause of my flooded kitchen. We now have water, both hot and cold. So happy, Jeremy did a great job, would highly recommend him and Joe the Plumber to anyone who needs plumbing work."

"My washer decided to backup last night (12-10-15) and spit a whole washer tub full of water out of the drain in the wall. I called first thing this morning (12-11-15) and asked if anyone could help today. The dispatcher was very friendly and said "Of course we can help you right away". They not only helped today, but were at my house within an hour of calling for help. Stevie (the technician that came out from Sam The Plumber) was very knowledgeable, honest about the problem, very knowing of where to check for the drains and outlet, checked where the outside drain line was, checked the toilet line in the adjacent bathroom to make sure there wasn't a plug there as well. He noticed we were on a septic line, so made sure that wasn't backing up too. While waiting for the washer to run a quick cycle (after unplugging the drain line) to make sure it wasn't going to plug up again, he also examined my squeaky shower faucet, explained what I need to do to fix that, checked my water heater (because I also need to replace it), and gave me a quick estimate on fixing those plumbing issues I have also. Very nice young man who knows exactly what he's doing.
I will definitely be using Sam The Plumber again! Happy happy customer! Prices are excellent too.
"

"Excellent experience. KP technicians were on time and provided quotes for both tank style water heaters and tankless water heaters. Installation was fast and efficient. Great work from all the KP employees that were involved - both onsite and behind the scene too."

"I had an issue with my water heater, I called the manufacturer who sent me a replacement part I needed overnight.. I got Doug Turner to come out the next day, Friday to install the part. After inspecting the water heater, he said there was a leak and that we could not just replace that part, that I needed a new water heater. I told him I was going to be out of town the following week and needed to get this resolved ASAP for my family, so get said he could give me a quote and have it installed that day. So U got the quote which I thought was very high, but needed to get this done because I did not want my family going without hot water until I got back. So I approved the installation.
Today I looked at Home Depot and see the water heater they installed goes for 397 RETAIL. My water heater is in the garage, you could not get easier access to a water heater.
They charged me 1111.63
and they charged me 113.56 to have another guy help the plumber lift it up on a 2 foot high pedestal.
Today I called Home depot and explained where the water heater was and they said it would be about 550 - 600 to install a new water heater. So with the 600 installation and the 400 cost of that water heater I ended paying 600 MORE by going with these guys. So if you feel like getting ripped off like I did, please feel free to use them. Otherwise if you near a HomeDepot, and can wait a few days you can save yourself quite a bit of money.
Philip

"

"Set up a date to install the new dishwasher. Rion was a no show several days in a row due to a big job and I had to wait with no phone calls. I had to call him to find out what was up and when he would be there. Did this for three days. One of those days his phone was out and I emailed him through the website about it. He wasn't aware of it. He said he would be done with the big job definitely by Saturday - so I set up Monday. Monday waited until afternoon. He gave me a price break for the wait. There was a large gap between the dishwasher and counter and he was going to leave it that way until I mentioned it. I have had him install a bath sink/counter a few years back and didn't have a problem then. He is very nice and prices are reasonable. Even recommended another plumber for the pipe break I encountered while waiting for my appointment. Just needs to work on communication.
"

"We installed the water softener and reverse osmosis over a month ago. The quality of water is fantastic! Friends and guests commented on how good the water taste. It’s also noticeable on skin, hair, and fabrics: so soft!! We had a small problem with water pressure in the reverse osmosis spout. The technician came out immediately and came back a second time to fix the problem to our satisfaction. Today we are expecting the quality control visit. The filtration system has not had a noticeable effect on our water bill. We are very pleased and highly recommend it!"
