He came on time and diagnosed a broken cartridge for both faucets. He send me the part numbers and had me order the replacements. When he was back he diligently replaced the cartridges and caulked around all parts as needed. He came in time always, his price was very reasonable and he is an expert in his trade. "Set up an appointment for a quote on a water softener and Reverse Osmosis system. The tech was on time and very thorough, explained everything. He provided me with all the options and the costs. I got two other quotes and Kionics came in with the best quote for what I wanted. Scheduled the installation and the installation tech showed up right on time. The whole process was smooth, professional and hassle free. About 2 to 3 weeks after the install, the tech scheduled a visit to test the water to make sure everything was working well. He was on time and very professional. I have had the system for a couple months now and everything is working well."

"I was a little surprised at cost and how they set their fee; it was a flat rate for each service independent of the amount of time needed for the service (similar to a car repair shop). But, it has been numerous years since I've used a plumber, so difficult to say how price compares to other plumbers. Faucet was cleaned out and now works. Toilet "innards" were fully replaced but water still drains out of the bowl. Several straps added to secure sump pump pipes, but the pipes still bang. I suspect the banging is caused by something besides loose discharge pipes, but don't know for sure. I did not contact the company and ask them to come back."

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"
