"Terrific! Chad and his assistant Steven did a great job with a very challenging installation. My water heater is on a landing about 12 feet above the garage floor. They used a winch to remove the old water heater and then install the new. Chad managed to complete the installation, installing new earthquake straps, a new drip pan, a new exterior drain, etc., with only minimal space to maneuver in. Bravo!! Thanks so much."

"Button Plumbing was great. They replaced my kitchen faucet and added two new shut off valves under the sink which had always leaked in the past if I shut off the water under the sink. I mentioned that my bathroom sink was draining slow. After the kitchen faucet was done, they went into the bathroom and snaked the pipe that the sink drains into. . Now the bathroom sink drains perfectly. They were very friendly and got the work done quickly. The price was quite reasonable. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs. I was super happy with their service."

"Well pump installed, ran silty water and eventually clogged pump and all lines into my house. Matt was out to fix the well, charged me fully. I had to backflush my house and drain water heater. I wanted to know how to fix the silt in water issue. I was told they could re- pull the pump, very expensive or try filters. The filters didnt work. They advertise a comprehensive service, i dont feel that is accurate as i still have lots of silt in the water and they seem done with me. <br />"

"Called Pierce at 7:30 Wednesday morning because our water had stopped working completely the night before. He answered and said he was busy getting his crew out the door and would call me back in 20-30 min. Having not dealt with JKA in the past, I wasn't sure how quickly I would get a response back. I continued my search for back up companies. Glad I didn't call anyone else. Pierce called after 30 min just like he said he would. His guys were on a small morning job and said he could send his tech. Juan after that. Communication to Juan and then to me was outstanding. Juan told me what he thought it might be based on my description of the problem. He was correct. He came when he said he would, fixed the problem, and was very courteous to my wife, baby and mother in-law. Great job guys. It is scary and a major inconvenience to not have water and JKA understood. Thanks and would highly recommend"

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"
