"I was looking for a good, reputable company to provide me with a quote to install a water softener system in my home. I looked on Angie's List and found a few that service my area. While I was contacting them, my co-worker told me of a company he used to install a system in his home. Eagle Water Corporation. This company came recommended to him through a mutual friend of ours. My co-worker told me that his system is a reverse osmosis filter system with water softener. His home draws water from a well, not from the city. So his water is extremely hard and has alot of extra minerals. <br /> Since I just needed a water softener that gets water from the city, I figure this was an easy project. I visited Eagle Waters' website and read through their site. It contained alot of information. I used the form on their contact page and received an email the same day from Jose Paulin, the owner. <br /> Jose asked me to call him to speak about my needs and to set up an appointment. After the call, we set up an appointment for later in the week. Jose was prompt to the appointment and asked me questions about my water consumption, amount of people in the home, number of bathrooms, etc. He then took the information and presented several options that would work for me. <br /> I settled on a water softener that is slightly larger than what I need. This is what I wanted just in case I ever fill the home's five bedrooms.. be it with more, future children or bring in my elderly parents. <br /> On the day of the installation, Jose walked me through the work. He showed me the parts of the water softener and provided information about it. Jose and his employee dug a trench to access my existing water source. He then ran a new pipe to the water softener and another new pipe to the main water entry into the house. He provided me with outside access to regular city water and another for softened water. (Great to wash my vehicles and not get hard water stains!!) He painted all the new, exposed PVC pipes a gray color that matched my homes accent paint. This made the pipes look original! The other pipes were dug about 6 - 8 inches underground along the border of the home. <br /> The work took about 4 - 4.5 hours. The finished product looks great behind my fence and is completely out of the way. Oh, and Jose had to re-work the A/C drain pipe. He did this perfectly and now the pipe isn't in the way. During the course of the work, he even replaced an existing pipe that had a small leak. He didn't need to do that as it was not his problem.. but he went beyond the call of duty in providing this fix. He added concrete pads for both the brine and water tank to set on. Overall, a very professional installation. <br />"

"The company is the most professional of any that i have dealt with over the years.  They did not install the original system, but have serviced it over it's life span, and because of their excellent service.... we decided to contact them when time came to replace it.  They are knowledgable in their products and made the decision process very easy.  Once we set the ball rolling, they were accurate and honest about the time frame, and when the product was available, called to set the installation appointment. They also called the afternoon prior to the install, as a polite reminder, to confirm the time.  On the day of install, Steve arrived exactly at the appointed time.  He was pleasant, worked efficiently, and made beautiful installation.  He removed the old unit and reconfigured the area to install the new one.  It actually looks better than the original!  When he was done, he talked me through the new unit and filled out all the warranty information.  He left the job site better than he found it. He also made it clear that if we have any questions or issues, to not hesitate to contact the company..... they are there for us.  (Extremely rare these days!) <br /> I would gladly recommend Advanced Water Products, Inc. to any neighbor or friend. <br />"

"I called Plumber Mikes and spoke to Claudette. She was very nice and helpful when I was speaking to her. I explained the problem I was having and sent her some photos via text message. After reviewing the photos with Mike, they decided to send someone out at no charge to me. Kevin arrived on time and was very courteous and full of knowledge about my water shut off problem. He gave me information regarding contacting my property manager about the issue. He was friendly and a straight shooter. Even though I did not need to fix this issue due to Kevin's explanation I wanted to express my appreciation of how courteous and honest I believe Plumber Mikes is. I will definitely use them in the future for my plumbing needs."

"There are not enough good things I can say about this company, from their plumbers to their customer service they are A++!I had a water purification whole home system installed by DOP, and one of the PVC pipe sections split open in the middle of the night inside my too full garage, I sent a message to our plumber very early in the morning when I realized and got an almost immediate response that he'd be here ASAP, he arrived before 7 to start fixing with a crew of 2 to help me take out all the things in the garage, clean and put them back. All throughout Eddie, my rep, was in touch with me sitting me they'd make things right, but I could not have imagined that they went as far as sending someone else a week later to help me move or take away any more things that I needed. This level of service is not one I see often, thank you Douglas Orr Plumbing!"

"Influenced by their high ratings (and that they specifically had experience installing tankless water heaters) we called A to Z Plumbing for an initial appointment. On arrival, we were explained the requirements, installation procedure and options (any make of water heater of our choice, any size, any kW capacity were available). After completing the electrical connections necessary on our part, we again called for installation of the new unit one week later. When they arrived, the old water heater was removed, new piping was installed to accommodate the heater and the area was completely cleaned when they left. Each step of the installation was discussed to our satisfaction: Product questions answered, procedures, instructions, product/pipe placement to our liking, etc. The appointments for each trip were within a minute of the times that had been scheduled by their main office. The cost of the original service call (plus a discount from Angie’s List) was deducted from our final bill. While there may be some companies that would have charged less, customer satisfaction combined with professional services and installation would prompt us to use A to Z again for any future plumbing issues and recommend them without hesitation."
